A father in Argentina allegedly kept his wife and disabled daughter locked up for nearly a decade in a case similar to the one of Josef Fritzl.
Miguel Ubaldo Reynoso, 55, was arrested after he was accused of raping his 25-year-old daughter, who gave birth to two children, now aged 11 and five.
She is also pregnant with another child, according to reports.
The case resembled Fritzl’s, an Austrian who kept his daughter prisoner for 24 years and fathered seven children with her.
Reynoso was detained after his 24-year-old son Brian Reynoso allegedly found his mother and sister locked in a room at their home in Canuelas, Buenos Aires.
Brian had apparently been visiting the house.

Reynoso’s wife told police she had been held prisoner for nine years after she apparently reported him for allegedly sexually abusing their daughter.
She added they were forced to go to the toilet in a tin and were told they would be killed if they told anyone what was happening.
Police charged Reynoso with kidnapping and coercion and a number of other offences.
His daughter’s disability was not revealed.
