No bad blood here (Picture: Instagram)
There’s no longer bad blood between Canada’s very own, Tory Lanez and Drake.
The rapper and Say It singer took to Instagram to share a picture of themselves mean mugging, which suggests that their clashing days are behind them.
Drake and Tory are both from Canada and evidently want to be number one, and tensions may have probably rose because of this, resulting in them firing shots at each other through their music.
However, the pair have made peace with one another and hopefully have some fire music on the way too.
Drake captioned his pic: ‘The city needs more of this and less of that.’
While his former arch-nemesis-turned-friend wrote: ‘Toronto… I Told You.’
In 2016, on the self-proclaimed 6God’s Summer Sixteen track, he rapped: ‘All you boys in the new Toronto want to be me a little.
‘You was never gang, gang, gang, gang, you was never one of us.’
Leading the Say It singer to reply on Line Up the Flex: ‘Fuck them ni***s that was hating on me.
‘Even though a n***a used to tell ’em all / I was never ever gang, gang, gang, gang, I was One Umbrella Mob.’
Now that that’s out of the way, here’s hoping that these two get in the studio and bring us some fire tunes for us to turn up to this summer.
