Hold on to your hats – Rosemary Shrager is taking over from Gordon Ramsay on Culinary Genius.
Just like Gordon, Rosemary is known for her direct, no nonsense approach, so for the contestants this is definitely a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire.
Rosemary will be setting the challenges on the show and there’s no way she’s going to sugarcoat any of her feedback.
If you want a taster of what she’s going to bring to the table, have a look at these clips of Rosemary in full flow.
In one scenario a chicken isn’t the only thing that gets a butchering in the precision battle, and she comes pretty close to a meltdown over one poor soul’s carrots.
She blusters: ‘They are really stumpy and short. Stumpy carrots! I’d never hear the end of that! Why did you peel all those? The problem is we wanted precision.’

The show sees a different professional chef preside over the Culinary Genius kitchen each week as nine amateur cooks go head to head.
Each chef will demonstrate their expertise for two of the tasks which the competitors will have to attempt. Woe betide the ones that don’t absolutely nail it eh?
Culinary Genius continues Monday at 3pm on ITV.
